There are many video screen capture programs out there from camstudio to FRAPS and so on, now one thing usually thats done after recording the video is the editing video which is either done in a another program like windows movie maker or sony vegas etc. Now Camstudio recorder has a bundle software editor that is pretty featured pack with the advanced timeline/storyboard style editing with some extras like -

- Zoom & Pan & Tilt

-Transitions & Effects

-Captions & Callouts

-Titles/Text

etc….
